Para facilitar a comparação das medalhas da South Beer Cup 2016, a Beer Art organizou a lista de premiados por cervejaria (veja a lista completa mais abaixo). Foram premiadas 61 cervejas brasileiras, de quase meia centena de cervejarias, com destaque para a Bierbaum (Treze Tílias/SC) - Cervejaria do Ano, com 1 ouro, 3 pratas e 1 bronze, a Bäcker (Belo Horizonte-MG), com 2 ouros e 1 prata, e a Los Bichos Mandan (Buenos Aires/Argentina), com 1 ouro, 1 prata e 1 bronze.
